On December 9, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Paraguay announced a launch of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation on aluminum profiles originating in China, following an application submitted by Paraguayan company Alukler S.A.

The products involved are under tariff codes 76041010, 76041021, 76041029, 76042100, 76042911, 76042919, 76042920, 76081000, 76082010, 76082090, 76101000, و 76109000.

The interested parties should submit answers and evidence to the Paraguayan investigation authorities within 40 calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice and questionnaire
