1100 aluminium sheet is a commercially pure aluminum. It has excellent welding characteristics, soft and ductile , so is ideal for applications that require intricate forming as it work hardens slower than other alloys.
1100 aluminium sheet is however non-heat treatable. As its excellent resistance to corrosion, it is widely used in the chemical and food processing industries also for giftware and applications where eye appeal is important.

- It has a thermal conductivity of 222 W/mK.
- It has an electrical conductivity of 59% IACS.
Hatırlamak, 1100 aluminium plate is a non-heat treatable alloy, so it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Yine de, it can be cold worked to increase its strength and hardness.
